Online only on Wednesday 4/23.
- Please wear dark (preferably black) clothing that is loose fitting and modest.
- Please remover your shoes upon entering and place them in the shoe rack by the door.
- Enter the zendo quietly, place your hands together, and bow toward the altar.
- Find a cushion or seat to use. Bow first to your seat, turn to the right to face the group and bow. Be seated.
- Please sit quietly until it is time to begin.
- If you are new to zazen, don't worry about making a mistake. Follow along as best you can and we'll be there to help you along the way.
